Shipping policy
Shipping via USPS, Fed EX or USPS for an flat rate $15.00
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
All in-stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business days. We do drop ship some items.
All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped om the next business day.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs WILL NOT be REFUNDED on returned items. If you refuse any shipments from WC Fashion Scrubs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. WC SCRUBS IS NOT held responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 1 - 2 business days from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-4 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Weekend and Holidays are not counted toward the processing time. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office, USP or Fed EX office depending on how package was shipped. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered or delivery. We offer USPS to most locations, USP and Fed Ex delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
WC SCRUBS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS, Fed Ex or UPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.
