ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped usually within 1 -2 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS (text) 

DEFECTIVE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise contact us within 2 days of receipts. No Exceptions. 

Order ERRORS

We hate to make mistakes, but sometimes we do!  If we made an error on your order, please forgive us because we are all human, and please give us a chance to make it right.  If you would please call us at (985) 778-0038 or email us @ infor@wcscrubs.net, We will need your order number and name.  

 

How does our Reward Program work, 

Sign up for our Rewards Program, to receive text notification about sales and promotion thru out the year.  Shop and earn 1 point for every $2 dollar you spent.  When you reach $100 you will receive a $5 dollar reward.  Whether you shop on-line or in person.  Refer a new customer to shop with us online or in -person, when that new customer spend $50 dollar or more you will receive 500 points and they receive 250 points. 

The Reward Program is designed to give back to loyal customers and colleagues, so you can earn points towards something extra.

 Items that CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

 Mugs, shoes, medical instruments, compression sock, item that was embroidered are final sale.  No exchange or store credit will be issue. Due to health codes, compression socks, medical instruments may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.  Always check to see if manufacturer want you to contact them first. Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment. 

We offer exchange or store credit only.  The following items are not available for refunds, exchanges and/ or store credit:  Accessories, face mask, sale/ clearance items, graphic tees, work bags, headbands and gift certificates.    All Sale Item, are FINAL SALE!! These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.  "Sale Item" are considered any items under a "Sale" tab or any items that a promotional code was applied to.  

** Exchanges can only be applied once per order.  Multiple exchanges on the same order is not available.**Please contact us if you have sizing questions. 

There is no refund policy.  If you receive damaged items, you have 3 business days to contact us.  Please send pictures of the damaged item(s) and a description of the damage to, your name, order number via email to wcfashionscrubs@outlook.com

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

WC Scrubs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking number states that your order was delivered, and you have not received it, please contact the appropriate carrier.  Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the appropriate carrier.  

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at (985) 778-0038 or email us at wcfashionscrubs@outlook.com.  All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order.  If you don't contact us in time, your order will be shipped. as ordered from the website, and without the option of a refund, at that time. This is where we start our fulfillment process. Embroidery, are processed in the same matter of 1-2 business days from the time of order. However, these are direct orders and once we start on your order there is no cancellation.  Embroidery fulfillment process, which is normally 7-14 days from the date of order. Therefore, if you need to make any necessary changes such as cancellations or changing your order, please do within 48 hours of ordering.  If you do not contact us in time, your order will be shipped, as ordered from our website, and without the option of a refund, at that time.   At this time Embroidery can only be order in person. 

Shoe Return Policy

At the moment Shoes are final sale and unable to be returned,Due to Health resaon. Please contact us for any additional questions or concerns on shoes before purchasing. 

Return Shipping 

WC Fashion Scrubs does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.  You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return.  Shipping and Handling fee are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.  (Note, if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Return packages must include the original packing slip to ensure processing. 

Carriers Companies

WC SCRUBS uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most of our orders, unless a different carrier is specifically specified.  USPS generally arrives in two or three days, but is not guaranteed to arrive in that time frame.  WC SCRUBS can use the following carriers to deliver your package

Note if have made your payment with Sezzle or Afterpay your order will be processed and or shipped until Sezzle or Afterpay payment has cleared, then normal standard shipping procedures will take place, at that time.     

Buy online pick up in store policy

Please be aware that all items must be picked up within 14 days.  Any order not picked up within 14 days will be donated to a shelter.

                         

  • We are NOT responsible for orders lost or stolen packages, mailing address incorrectly supplied, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email or SMS (Text).   Be sure to supply an email or cell phone number to receive your tracking information
